This Windsor Palms place is a great value for the price! We needed a new place last minute because our other accommodation fell through and the staff at Personal Touch was very responsive and allowed us to book the day before check-in. It looks just like the photos and has plenty of space. Also, the property is gated and offers free parking! Our tv’s weren’t working in one of the rooms when we arrived, but staff came in the next day and replaced the TV and made sure we were satisfied. I’d definitely recommend this condo!

The staff at Personal Touch was very quick with responses and accommodating for our early flight arrival. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and we absolutely enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful golf course view with peacefulness. Would be happy to return to this home at Highlands Reserve anytime.

We have stayed here twice now for our family get together - 11 people in all ages.  It has something for everyone.  Bedrooms on the first floor are needed for my parents and the Princess room was great for my daughter.  Easy access to the Publix and restaurants.  But we really loved spending time as a family enjoying the pool and cooking great meals.  Host is amazing and we will be back for as many years as we can.

We truly enjoyed our time in Orlando and staying here was a highlight. Tanya was very helpful and accommodating with last minute requests. The home was well kept and clean. The entire family enjoyed the amenities from the bathrooms to the pool. Definitely recommend and if back in Orlando would book again.

This home in ChampionsGate was exactly how it was advertised. Tanya and the Personal Touch group was very responsive and provided so many necessities upon arrival. Plenty of linens, paper goods and towels. It was very clean and beautifully decorated as well. Pool was exactly as pictured and larger than most with a great view and comfortable outdoor sitting area. I highly recommend this home and the host! Had a wonderful stay.

The space in High Grove was amazing. The host accommodated us last minute and made us feel comfortable in less than 3 hours. Check in and checking out was super easy. She was responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend this place if you’re going to the theme parks because it is a perfect distance especially if you’re traveling as a family with dogs! I would stay here again without a doubt!
