Our names are David and Michele Whitcombe, we moved here from the Uk, live full time on Hampton Lakes and have owned and run our property management and rentals company ' PERSONAL TOUCH VACATION VILLAS' successfully for the past 5 years. We manage around thirty homes in the Kissimmee and Davenport area including several on Hampton Lakes.
 
We provide many services to include advertising, bookings, yard and pool cleaning and maintenence, pest control and house cleaning to name a few. Our main website is http://www.personaltouchvacationvillas.com/ , we also advertise on several other large sites whilst working with a number of booking agents both here and in the Uk to generate income for our homeowners.
 
We pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide both to our homeowners and their guests and the exceptionally high standard at which our managed homes are cleaned and maintained - we do what it says on the tin - offer a personal touch that a larger company is unable to provide.

As a Management Company we can provide all of the following services for your vacation home:-
  • Secure registration with the State of Florida Tax Authorities.
  • Obtain a hotel/motel license. ( To be displayed in the villa )
  • Obtain a business tax licence. ( To be displayed in the villa )
  • Arrange payment of utility bills directly from your management account.
  • Arrange for pool maintenance on a weekly basis.
  • Arrange for pest control on a regular basis (not including termite protection).
  • Arrange lawn maintenance on a regular basis.
  • Arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out.
  • Arrange for the property to be cleaned after each party of guests vacate the property.
  • Check property for unusual wear and tear after each occupancy.
  • Generate bookings and manage the reservation system for the property.
  • Obtain a reasonable security deposit from each party prior to check-in.
  • Provide check-in facilities for guests.
