All homes are cleaned on departure. We do offer mid-stay cleans should you require them, please contact our office on 863-438-4007 for rates. 24 hours notice will be required for additional cleans.

Check-in time is from 4pm onwards on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 10am on the day of departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged if the home is available for an extra fee.

Most properties have an electronic door pad and you will be provided a personalized code approximately 72 hours prior to arrival along with your check-in instructions. If there is no door pad the door key is accessed via a lock box located near the front door of the home. We ask that you utilize the lock box whenever you leave the home, because if you lose the key you will be responsible for paying for a new lock to be fitted to the home. On your departure please make sure everything is turned off, locked up and the key is returned to the lock box.

Many supermarkets are open 24 hours. More recognized stores like Walmart can be located on your Personal Touch Vacation Villas map. Other main supermarket chains include Publix, Winn Dixie and Albertsons. 7 - 11 petrol stations/ convenience stores as well as Walgreens and CVS are great choices for a quick stop for most basic needs. Addresses are provided in your ‘home folder’ which can be used to enter into your navigation device.

You are not required to clean the home on departure. Cleaners will arrive to the home after your departure to prepare the home for the next guests. However the home is self -catering and is equipped with both a washer and dryer and it would be appreciated by our housekeeping team if you could start at least one wash and dry on departure. There is a charge for excessive laundry and excessive trash left if garbage has not been put out for collection on the correct pick up days.

At the time of your reservation I will email a rental agreement and rental policies for your signature. A deposit of $200.00 and the mandatory $69.00 damage insurance are required to secure your reservation. Once a signed contract and deposit is received, your dates will be confirmed and secured. The remainder of your balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. Our website has secure real time booking so you are able to book yourself online with just $269.00 down.

Linens, bath towels, the initial supply of paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, kitchen utensils, and cooking supplies. Additional amenities are listed under individual property descriptions.

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance falls due six weeks prior to the arrival date in the villa. If the balance is not received in full by this date the Management Company reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and retain the deposit. If a booking is made within six weeks of arrival date the full rental is required at the time of booking. Deposits and balances are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. It is essential to obtain insurance cover against this possibility. ( Please read 'Travel Protection Insurance' ).

In lieu of a Security Deposit, all guests are required to purchase our Damage Waiver for $69. It provides $1,500 of accidental damage insurance should anything happen and you are liable for extensive damages beyond the $1,500 should they occur.

We recommend that clients obtain the appropriate holiday insurance prior to departure. Each client is personally responsible for the provision of appropriate travel documents. You are a valued guest and we want to do everything possible to make your trip enjoyable and worry free. Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you’re away from home we recommend CSAs Vacation Rental Insurance Plan. This can be purchased during the online booking process.
